JHS is a brand designation shared by JHS Pedals (USA), John Hornby Skewes (UK music distributor), and manufacturers of home climate appliances.
JHS refers to distinct entities within the consumer electronics and musical instrument markets. The most prominent is JHS Pedals, a boutique guitar effects manufacturer based in Kansas City, Missouri, founded by Josh Scott. Known for innovative stompboxes like the Morning Glory and the 3 Series, JHS Pedals produces equipment for professional musicians.
Additionally, John Hornby Skewes & Co. Ltd. (JHS) is a major United Kingdom trade distributor of musical instruments, audio equipment, and accessories. You may also find manuals here for JHS Appliances, a line of home climate control products including portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers.

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
JHS Pedals are typically backed by a 4-year non-transferable warranty when registered. The 3 Series pedals carry a 6-month limited warranty within the USA.
Most JHS pedals require 9V DC negative center power. Always check the specific manual for your pedal, as using incorrect voltage (e.g., greater than 9V) can void the warranty.
For products distributed by John Hornby Skewes (JHS UK), such as bubble machines or instrument amplifiers, support inquiries can be directed to their UK service department via their official website.
JHS branded air conditioners and dehumidifiers are manufactured by a separate entity from the music equipment brands. Refer to the specific user manual for support contacts related to home appliances.
