• How do I charge my Flowtoys Vision prop?

  Detach the flowcap from each end to expose the USB port at the edge of the vision board. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to fully charge.

• What is the Flowtoys Forever Flow Warranty?

  We offer free replacements on defective parts within 2 years (shipping not included). If physically damaged or if it's an older battery issue, half-price replacements are available.

• How do I check the battery level of my Flowtoys?

  When off, press and hold the button. The light will blink a color indicating your charge level, ranging from red (less than 10%) to green (90% or more).

• Can I use chemical glowsticks in my Flowtoys tubes?

  No. Chemical glowsticks release esters that break down polycarbonate and make it brittle, which can cause the tubes to shatter.
