Why do I need to download the diagnostics software after installing the Ediag App?
Due to the wide variety of vehicle manufacturers, each requires specific diagnostics software. The Ediag device will first recognize your vehicle's make and then download the corresponding software required to scan it properly.

What vehicles can the Ediag Mini diagnose?
The Ediag Mini is compatible with most passenger vehicles that support OBDII/EOBD protocols manufactured after 1996.

Does the Ediag tool require a firmware upgrade?
Yes. When you connect your Ediag device to your smartphone via Bluetooth, the app will automatically check for the latest firmware version and prompt an upgrade if it is not up to date.
