Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Placement: Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from walls for proper ventilation.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water reservoir and ice basket according to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
4. Install Water Bottle:
   • Open the bottom cabinet door.
   • Remove the cap from a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
   • Insert the probe into the water bottle opening.
   • Slide the water bottle into the cabinet and close the door.

5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
6. Priming the System: Before turning on heating or cooling functions, dispense water from both the hot and cold spouts until water flows steadily. This removes air from the system.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel and Indicators

The dispenser features clear light indicators for various functions:

• White Light: Indicates the unit is powered on.
• Green Light: Indicates heating, ice-making, or cooling is complete.
• Red Light: Indicates a low water alert, signaling the need to replace the water bottle.

Dispensing Water

• Cold Water: Place a cup under the cold water spout. Press the cold water button/lever. The water will dispense at approximately ≤47°F.
• Room Temperature Water: Place a cup under the room temperature water spout. Press the room temperature water button/lever.
• Hot Water: Place a cup under the hot water spout. To dispense hot water (185–203°F), first push the child safety lock button, then press the hot water button/lever. Release the child safety lock after dispensing.

Ice Making Function

The integrated ice maker produces 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes in approximately 7 minutes, with a daily capacity of up to 33 lbs.

1. Ensure the water bottle is properly installed and the unit is powered on.
2. Press the "Ice" button (if available, otherwise ice making is automatic).
3. The unit will begin the ice-making cycle. The green light may indicate completion.
4. When the ice basket is full, the unit will pause ice production.
5. Important: The ice maker does not have an insulation function. Transfer ice to a freezer promptly once the basket is full to prevent melting.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your water dispenser.

1. Unplug the Unit: Always unplug the dispenser from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Drain Water: Drain all water from the hot and cold tanks using the drain plugs located at the back of the unit.
3. Clean Drip Tray and Ice Basket:
   • The water tray and ice basket are detachable.
   • Remove them and wash with mild soap and warm water.
   • Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinserting.

4. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5. Sanitize Water Tanks (Periodically):
   • Prepare a sanitizing solution (e.g., a mixture of water and food-grade bleach, following manufacturer's instructions for dilution).
   • Pour the solution into the water reservoir.
   • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then drain completely.
   • Rinse the tanks thoroughly with clean water several times to remove any residual solution.
6. Condenser Cleaning: Periodically clean the condenser coils at the back of the unit with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to ensure efficient operation.
