Operating Instructions

Before using the water cooler for the first time, remove all packaging material, including the plastic bag.

Important: To prevent internal damage, keep refrigeration units upright during transit. Leave the unit standing upright and outside the box for 24 HOURS before plugging it in.

Indicator Lights

Power Light (?): Illuminates when the water cooler is plugged in and stays lit until the power cord is pulled out.

Heating Indicator (?): Illuminates when the water is heating. It remains on during heating and turns green when the temperature reaches 185°F. The hot tank refills and reheats as water is dispensed. The light turns red when reheating.

Cooling Indicator (❄️): Illuminates when the water is cooling. It remains on during cooling and turns green when the temperature reaches 50°F. The cold tank refills and cools as water is dispensed. The light turns blue when the water cools.

UV Indicator (?): Indicates when the water cooler is sanitizing the water. It operates automatically for 20 minutes every 2 hours. The UV indicator works silently. If it is not illuminated, the function is not operating properly.

Empty Bottle Notice

When the water bottle is running low, the heating and cooling lights will flash simultaneously. The lights will continue flashing until the user opens the door to replace the bottle.

Note: Always close the door tightly after replacing the water bottle.

Installing and Removing the Drip Tray

No external drain is needed; the overflow collects here.

  1. To install: Place the drip tray down into the designated area at the top of the door until it snaps into place.
  2. To remove: Place your fingers into the grid of the drip tray.
  3. Gently pull the drip tray upward to remove it from the cooler door to empty the water.

Note: The drip tray is not dishwasher safe.

Installing the Water Bottle

  1. Ensure the lower door is open. Open it by pulling on the right side. Note: The lower door is covered by a protective plastic film for shipping; please remove it before first use.
  2. Place a fresh water bottle outside the bottle storage area.
  3. Clean the outside of the new bottle with a cloth.
  4. Remove the plastic cap and paper seal from the top of a brand new water bottle.
  5. Bend the water straw as shown in the diagram.
  6. Place the water straw into the water bottle, lower it to the bottom, and secure the bottle cap onto the neck of the bottle.
  7. Ensure the weighted end of the water straw reaches the lowest part of the water bottle. Note: This method is for 3-5 gallon bottles. For maximum efficiency with standard bottles that have a raised center at the bottom, ensure the straw reaches the side of the bottle at its lowest point to utilize all water.
  8. Slide the bottle into the storage area and close the lower door, ensuring it is latched tightly.
  9. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded wall outlet. The pump will begin moving water from the bottle to the hot and cold tanks. This may take up to 5 minutes for the first fill. The pump will run continuously during this period and stop automatically when the tanks are full.
  10. Once the pump stops and tanks are full, turn the hot and cold water switches to the 'on' position. The hot and cold water indicator lights will illuminate. Note: Allow up to 1 hour for heating and cooling cycles to complete and for water to reach the proper temperatures. The indicator lights will turn off when each cycle is complete.
  11. Place a glass under the water cooler spout.
  12. For cold water, press and hold the button until the desired amount is dispensed, then release.
  13. The hot water button has a child safety lock. To dispense hot water, push the safety lock forward and then press the hot water button downward simultaneously until the desired amount is dispensed. Release both. The child safety lock will automatically reset to the locked position when the button is released.
  14. For room temperature water, press and hold the button until the desired amount is dispensed, then release.

Draining and Cleaning

To avoid accidents, cut off the power supply before operation. It is recommended to clean and sanitize the unit manually approximately every six months to prolong its lifespan.

Cleaning the Outside of the Unit

  1. The machine was disinfected before shipping. Before initial use, clean the machine by pushing the hot and cold water buttons to let about 1 liter of water flow out.
  2. Clean the machine with a citric acid scale remover available from drugstores or markets, following the product's instructions, then rinse with water.
  3. Use a neutral, non-abrasive cloth to wash the machine's surface. This cloth is not included and can be purchased separately.

Draining Instruction

  1. Press the switch to the 'off' position and cut off the electric supply.
  2. Open the lower door and remove the water bottle from the water cooler.
  3. Remove the water straw from the water bottle.
  4. Place a container under the drain valve and drain valve plug located on the back panel. Remove the drain cover and allow the water to drain out into the container.
  5. Caution: Hot water can reach approximately 185°F and cause severe burns if not handled carefully. Be cautious during operation and cleaning. Before draining, wait at least 1 hour for the water to cool down.
  6. After draining, reinstall the drain valve cap and plug.

Cleaning Instruction

Periodically, the water cooler tanks must be sanitized to prevent unpleasant tastes and cleaned to remove mineral deposits that can impair flow.

  1. Unscrew the top cover and remove the cold tank lid.
  2. Put the citric acid scale remover into the machine's cold tank, ensuring water can flow out of the spout.
  3. Plug in the power cord and turn on the heating switch. Allow the water to heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heating switch and allow the citric acid scale remover to cool down for 20 minutes.
  5. Using a container, drain the remaining cleaning solution from the internal water tanks via the drain valve by removing the drain cap and plug. Discard the cleaning solution. Reinstall the drain plug and drain cap. Flush the system with clean water using the same procedure outlined in steps 1 through 4. When rinse water stops flowing, replace the drain plug and drain cap and tighten. The cleaning process is now complete.
