2. Product Overview
The ieGeek S7 is a wireless outdoor security camera featuring a 9000mAh battery and a 9W solar panel for continuous power. It offers 4MP high-resolution video, 360° automatic tracking, AI human/vehicle detection, color night vision, two-way audio with voice change, and IP65 waterproof performance.

3. Setup
The ieGeek S7 camera is designed for easy installation without complex wiring. Follow these steps to set up your camera:
- Charge the Camera: Before initial use, fully charge the camera's built-in 9000mAh battery using the provided power cable.
- Download the App: Download the "ieGeek Cam" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Ensure the app is updated to the latest version for optimal performance.
- Mount the Camera: Choose a suitable outdoor location for the camera and solar panel. Use the mounting template and included screws/anchors to securely attach the camera to a wall. Ensure the solar panel receives adequate direct sunlight.
- Pair with App via Bluetooth: Open the ieGeek Cam app. The app will automatically search for nearby ieGeek devices via Bluetooth. Select your camera from the list to begin the pairing process.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong at the camera's location. The 5dBi external antenna enhances Wi-Fi reception.
- Adjust Camera Angle: Once mounted and connected, use the app to adjust the camera's pan (horizontal 355°) and tilt (vertical 120°) angles to cover your desired monitoring area.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Continuous Recording with AOV Technology
The camera utilizes AOV (Always On Video) technology to provide continuous recording while conserving battery. When no motion is detected, the camera records at a low frame rate (approx. 1 frame per 2 seconds). Upon detecting motion, it automatically switches to a high frame rate (approx. 1 frame per 25 seconds) to capture detailed events. This allows for 24-hour monitoring without constant battery drain.

4.2 360° Automatic Tracking
The camera features 360° automatic tracking. When an intruder is detected, the camera will automatically pan and tilt to follow their movement until they leave the monitored area. After tracking, it returns to its initial position to prevent blind spots.

4.3 AI Human/Vehicle Detection
Equipped with AI visual detection, the camera accurately distinguishes between humans and vehicles, significantly reducing false alarms caused by swaying leaves, shadows, or small animals. You will receive instant notifications only for relevant events.

4.4 Color Night Vision
The camera provides clear color night vision up to 25 meters. When motion is detected in the dark, the camera automatically switches from black and white to color mode, allowing for clear identification of faces and clothing details.

4.5 Two-Way Audio with Voice Change
Engage in real-time two-way communication through the camera using the ieGeek Cam app. The camera also features three voice change modes (Original, Clown, Old Man) for enhanced privacy and security when interacting with visitors.

4.6 Sound and Light Alarm
When suspicious activity is detected at night, the camera can automatically activate a sound alarm and bright lights to deter intruders. You will receive an instant notification on your smartphone.

4.7 Storage Options
The camera supports two storage methods:
- Micro SD Card: Supports up to 128GB (sold separately). The camera features automatic overwrite recording, so old data is automatically deleted when the card is full.
- Cloud Storage: Paid cloud storage service is available for secure backup of your recordings. This ensures your footage is safe even if the camera is damaged.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Weather Resistance
The ieGeek S7 camera is IP65 waterproof and dustproof, designed to withstand various outdoor conditions, including heavy rain and snow. This ensures reliable operation year-round.

5.2 Solar Charging
The included 9W solar panel provides continuous power to the camera, reducing the need for manual recharging. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum direct sunlight for efficient charging. The internal battery is non-removable and includes a protection circuit.

5.3 Cleaning

- Frequent false alarms: Verify that AI human/vehicle detection is enabled in the app. Adjust the detection sensitivity settings to reduce unwanted alerts.
- Battery draining quickly: Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive direct sunlight for several hours daily. Cloudy weather can affect charging efficiency. Check the app for battery status.
- Poor image quality: Clean the camera lens. Ensure there are no obstructions in the camera's field of view. Check your internet connection speed.
- App issues: Ensure the "ieGeek Cam" app is updated to the latest version. Restart the app or your smartphone if issues persist.
- No video recording: Check if an SD card is inserted and properly formatted, or if your cloud storage subscription is active.
