3. Operating Instructions
The WYBOT C2 Vision offers 8 versatile cleaning modes and 6 optimized cleaning routes, accessible via the WYBOT app. Ensure the device is connected to the app before placing it in the water to select your desired mode and route.
3.1 Cleaning Modes
- Waterline Only: Focuses solely on scrubbing the pool's waterline.
- Wall Only: Cleans the vertical surfaces of the pool.
- Floor Only: Concentrates on the pool floor.
- Standard Full Pool: Provides a comprehensive clean of both floor and walls.
- Turbo Floor: Utilizes the ultra-fine HEPA filter for intensive floor cleaning, trapping very fine particles.
- Eco Floor: An energy-efficient mode for floor cleaning.
- Walls then Floor: Cleans walls first, then proceeds to the floor.
- Dirt Hunting (AI Vision): Leverages the AI camera to identify and target areas with significant debris, staying longer for thorough cleaning.
3.2 Optimized Cleaning Routes (Expert Mode)
In Expert Mode via the app, you can select specific path options:
- For Floor Cleaning: Choose S-shaped, cross-shaped, or star-shaped paths.
- For Wall Cleaning: Select N-shaped, H-shaped, or V-shaped paths.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Removing the Product from Water
Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the robot will typically return to a wall. Use the provided hook attached to a standard pool pole to align with the robot's handle. Gently tug to verify secure engagement, then guide the unit toward the poolside. Lift the robot out of the water, allowing excess water to drain. Press and hold the power button on top until the indicator light powers down to turn off the device. Grip the handle firmly, keeping the robot upright to let drainage holes automatically remove residual water.
4.2 Filter Basket Removal and Cleaning
Gently lift the top cover of the unit to reveal the filter basket inside. Lift out the filter basket first, then carefully remove the ultra-fine filter located inside (if installed). Remove the ultra-fine filter and rinse it gently with clean water to remove fine dust and debris. Rinse the filter basket thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining dirt or fine particles. Ensure all debris is removed before reassembly.
4.3 Filter Basket Loading
Place the ultra-fine filter and filter basket securely into the compartment, ensuring it is properly positioned. Close the top cover of the unit. The robot is now ready for its next cleaning cycle.
4.4 Charging the Product
Unscrew the protective cap from the charging port. Ensure the charging port is completely dry by wiping it clean with a dry cloth. Insert the charging cable into the port. While charging, the device displays a flashing green light. A solid green light indicates a full charge. Once fully charged, remove the charging cable and securely replace the protective cap.
4.5 General Maintenance and Storage
After each use, dry out the cleaner and filter completely. Store the cleaner in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid heat sources, frost, and squeezing. The ambient temperature for storage should be between 41°F and 113°F (5°C and 45°C). Charge the cleaner every three months to ensure optimal battery life, even during periods of non-use.
4.6 Precautions for Ultra-Fine Filters
The ultra-fine filter should only be installed when using the "Turbo Floor Mode". Using this filter in other modes may reduce the robot's performance or cause it to move slower or not climb walls as effectively.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your WYBOT C2 Vision, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Robot not moving or stuck: Ensure the filter basket is clean and not overloaded. Check for any large debris obstructing the brushes or tracks. Verify that the correct cleaning mode is selected for your pool type (e.g., Floor Only mode will not climb walls).
- Poor cleaning performance: Clean the filter basket and ultra-fine filter thoroughly. Ensure the ultra-fine filter is only used in "Turbo Floor Mode". Check if the robot's battery is sufficiently charged.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure the robot is powered on and within Bluetooth range of your smartphone. Restart both the robot and the app.
- Robot not climbing walls: Confirm that a wall-climbing mode (e.g., Wall Only, Standard Full Pool) is selected. Ensure the ultra-fine filter is removed if not in "Turbo Floor Mode". Check for excessive algae build-up on pool walls that might reduce traction.
- Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Long-press the power button firmly.
