4. Installation
The EUHOMY Commercial Ice Maker features an easy-to-install split design for convenient setup.

Installation Steps:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials from both the ice maker head unit and the ice storage bin.
- Positioning: Place the ice storage bin in the desired location, ensuring it is on a stable, level surface. Allow at least 6 inches of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Assemble: Carefully lift the ice maker head unit and place it securely on top of the ice storage bin. Ensure it is properly aligned.
- Water Inlet Connection: Connect the provided water inlet hose to the water intake port on the back of the ice maker and to a potable water supply. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Drainage Connection: Attach the drain hose to the drain outlet on the machine. Ensure the drain pipe is positioned below the machine's drain to allow for gravity-fed drainage.
- Power Connection: Plug the ice maker into a grounded 115V electrical outlet.
- Adjust Feet: Use the adjustable height feet to ensure the unit is level and stable.

Dual-Box Shipping Note:
Please note that the ice maker and ice bin are shipped in two separate boxes, which may arrive at different times. Ensure both components are received before beginning installation.
5. Operation
The EUHOMY Commercial Ice Maker is equipped with an intelligent LCD control panel for easy operation.

Control Panel Functions:
- Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
- Timer Button: Activates the 1-24 hour timing function for scheduled ice production.
- Clean Button: Initiates the self-cleaning cycle.
- '+' and '-' Buttons: Adjust ice cube thickness (and timer settings).
- Indicators: Displays current temperature, ice-making status, full ice reminder, and water shortage reminder.
Adjusting Ice Thickness:
The ice maker allows you to customize the thickness of the ice cubes. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to select your desired ice thickness. Thicker ice cubes generally take longer to produce but melt slower, while thinner cubes are produced faster but melt more quickly.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Automatic Cleaning Function:
The ice maker is equipped with an automatic cleaning mode. To activate, press and hold the 'CLEAN' button on the control panel for 5 seconds. The machine will then perform a 90-minute cleaning cycle.
