1. Product Overview

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Charge

4.1 Dual Filtration System

4.2 Cleaning the Filter Basket

• Incomplete Coverage: Ensure the pool cleaner is fully charged. Verify that the selected cleaning mode is appropriate for your pool's shape and size. The smart navigation system plans paths, but complex pool designs may require specific mode adjustments.
• Fine Debris/Silt Not Fully Captured: Regularly clean both layers of the dual filtration system. If fine particles are still an issue, ensure the 10μm ultra-fine filter is correctly installed and not clogged.
• Reduced Suction: Check the filter basket for excessive debris. A clogged filter can significantly reduce suction power. Clean the brushes to ensure they are free from hair or other obstructions.

5.2 Movement and Navigation Issues

• Difficulty Climbing Walls/Waterline: Ensure the pool cleaner's brushes are clean and in good condition. Verify the water chemistry is balanced, as excessive algae can reduce grip.
• Erratic Movement: The built-in gyroscope should prevent random movement. If the cleaner is moving erratically, try restarting the unit and ensuring a clear path. Check the app for any diagnostic messages.
