Setup
1. Unpacking
- Carefully remove the treadmill and all accessories from the packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure there is at least 0.6 meters (2 feet) of clear space on all sides of the treadmill for safe operation.
2. Unfolding the Treadmill
Your UREVO treadmill comes fully assembled. To prepare it for use, simply unfold the armrests if you intend to use it in running mode.

- Locate the armrest locking mechanisms on each side of the treadmill base.
- Release the locks and gently lift the armrests into the upright position until they click securely into place.
- To use as a walking pad, simply keep the armrests folded down.
3. Power Connection
- Connect the power cable to the treadmill's power port.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet.
Operation
1. Power On/Off
- To power on, flip the main power switch located near the power cord inlet. The LED display will illuminate.
- To power off, flip the main power switch to the OFF position.
2. Safety Key
The safety key is a critical safety feature. The treadmill will not operate without it.
- Attach the magnetic end of the safety key to the designated area on the treadmill console.
- Clip the other end of the safety key to your clothing. In case of an emergency or if you fall, the safety key will detach, and the treadmill will stop immediately.
3. Control Modes and Display
The treadmill offers two control methods and a clear LED display.

- LED Display: The integrated LED screen shows your current speed, estimated calories burned, workout time, and distance covered.
- Handlebar Controls: When the armrests are up, use the buttons on the handlebar to adjust speed.
- Wireless Remote Control: For convenience, especially in walking pad mode, use the remote control to start/stop and adjust speed.
4. Operating Modes
The treadmill supports both walking and running modes, adapting to your fitness needs.

- Walking Pad Mode (1-6 km/h): With the armrests folded down, the treadmill operates at lower speeds, ideal for walking while working or light exercise. Use the remote control for speed adjustments.
- Treadmill Mode (up to 10 km/h): With the armrests lifted and locked, the treadmill can reach higher speeds suitable for jogging and running. Use either the handlebar controls or the remote.
5. Incline Adjustment
The treadmill features a manually adjustable incline to increase workout intensity.

- To adjust the incline, stop the treadmill and step off the belt.
- Locate the manual incline adjustment points at the rear of the treadmill.
- Adjust the supports to achieve the desired incline level (0% to 9%). Ensure both sides are adjusted evenly and securely before resuming your workout.
6. HIIT Mode
The one-touch HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) mode is designed for efficient fat burning.

- Press the dedicated 'HIIT' button on the control panel or remote.
- The treadmill will automatically cycle through varying speeds to simulate an interval workout.
- Follow the program until completion or press 'STOP' to exit.
Maintenance
1. Lubrication
Regular lubrication of the running belt is crucial for smooth operation and longevity of your treadmill.
- Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet.
- Loosen the rear roller bolts to slightly lift the running belt.
- Apply a small amount of the provided silicone lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
- Tighten the rear roller bolts and plug in the treadmill.
- Run the treadmill at a low speed (e.g., 2 km/h) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.
- Perform lubrication every 30-50 hours of use, or every 1-2 months depending on usage.
2. Cleaning
- Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
- Wipe down the console and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodically vacuum under the treadmill to prevent dust and debris buildup.
3. Storage
The compact and foldable design allows for easy storage.

- Fold down the armrests by releasing the locking mechanisms.
- Utilize the front transport wheels to easily move the treadmill to a storage location.
- Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
