Care & Maintenance
Belt Centering and Slip Correction
Symptom: Walk belt off centered or slips.
Centering Process:
- Power off and unplug the treadmill.
- Manual Centering: If the belt has shifted left, use the hex tool to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise by 1/4 turn. If shifted right, turn the right idler roller screw clockwise by 1/4 turn.
- Run the treadmill for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the manual centering process until the belt is centered.
Belt Slip Correction:
- Power off the treadmill.
- Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws clockwise by 1/2 turn.
- After correction, walk for 1-2 minutes at a speed of 3-4 km/h. Repeat until the belt is properly tightened.
Attention: Do not overtighten the belt, as it may cause damage.
General Attentions: Do not place debris near the treadmill during maintenance. Always use the associated hex tool. Be careful not to pinch fingers.
Belt Lubrication
Follow these instructions to lubricate the belt:
- Power off and unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen both idler roller screws counterclockwise using the hex tool until the belt can be lifted easily. Note the number of turns for re-tightening.
- Lift the edges of the belt and spray lubricant evenly onto the center of the walking platform (5-10mL per maintenance). Avoid spraying the entire platform.
- Caution: Excessive lubricant may cause belt slip.
- Tighten the idler roller screws clockwise by the number of turns noted earlier.
- Power on the treadmill and run for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant evenly across the belt surface. Hold the handrail when running at 6 km/h.
Lubrication Frequency: Recommended every 200 km.
Treadmill Cleaning
- Power off and unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use acidic or caustic detergents.
- Do not clean the underside of the walking belt.
- It is normal to find some black powder residue under the treadmill after extended use.
Error Code
When an error occurs, the error warning indicator will light up and display the error code. Stop the workout immediately if an error code and alarm sound occur.
