Powering the Radio
The PRUNUS J-135 offers three methods for power supply:
- Built-in Rechargeable Battery (1800mAh): The radio comes with an internal rechargeable battery. To charge, connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the side of the radio and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The power indicator light will show charging status.
- Solar Panel: For outdoor use, open the solar panel located on top of the radio. Place the radio in direct sunlight to charge the internal battery. This method is ideal for maintaining charge during extended outdoor activities.
- AA Dry Batteries: For backup power, open the battery compartment on the back of the radio and insert 4 AA dry batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
