Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VTX PRO.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the VTX with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the cooling fan and heatsink fins are free from dust and debris to maintain efficient heat dissipation.
- Connections: Regularly check all cable connections (power, video, control) to ensure they are secure and free from damage. Loose connections can lead to signal loss or intermittent operation.
- Antenna: Inspect your antenna for any bends, breaks, or damage to the connector. A damaged antenna can significantly reduce transmission range and potentially harm the VTX.
- Storage: When not in use, store the VTX in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
