Setup

Operating Instructions

- Prepare Food: Ensure food items are appropriately sized to fit on the food carriage. For best results, chill meats and cheeses before slicing.
- Adjust Thickness: Use the thickness adjustment knob to select your desired slice thickness, ranging from 0mm (paper-thin) to 15mm (thick).

- Power On: Plug the slicer into a grounded electrical outlet. Simultaneously press the safety lock and the power button to activate the slicer.

Collect sliced food in the food tray.

Maintenance and Cleaning

- Disassembly:
