The YASHE Electric Slicer is designed for home use to slice various foods such as meat, cheese, bread, and vegetables. It features a 200W DC motor, dual 19CM stainless steel blades (serrated and smooth), and an adjustable slicing thickness from 0 to 15mm.

Important Safety Instructions

  • Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling parts.
  • Keep hands clear of the blade during operation. The blade is extremely sharp.

Setup

  3. Blade Installation:

    • Align the blade with the motor shaft and gently press it into place. Turn the central locking mechanism clockwise until it clicks securely.
  4. Food Carriage and Pusher Assembly:
    • Slide the food carriage onto its rail until it locks into position.
    • Place the food pusher onto the food carriage.
  5. Positioning: Place the slicer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. The non-slip suction feet will help secure the unit.

  1. Prepare Food: Ensure food items are appropriately sized to fit on the food carriage. For best results, chill meats and cheeses before slicing.
  2. Adjust Thickness: Use the thickness adjustment knob to select your desired slice thickness, ranging from 0mm (paper-thin) to 15mm (thick).

  3. Place Food: Place the food item firmly against the food carriage and the food pusher.
  4. Power On: Plug the slicer into a grounded electrical outlet. Simultaneously press the safety lock and the power button to activate the slicer.

  5. Slicing: While the blade is rotating, gently push the food carriage forward and backward, guiding the food against the rotating blade with the food pusher. Collect sliced food in the food tray.

    • Serrated Blade: Best for slicing bread, tougher meats, or items with a crust.
    • Smooth Blade: Ideal for precise, thin slices of deli meats, cheeses, and softer vegetables.
  7. Power Off: After slicing, release the power button and unplug the appliance.

  1. Disassembly:
    • Ensure the slicer is unplugged.
    • Turn the thickness adjustment knob to 0mm to ensure the blade guard is fully retracted.
    • Carefully unlock and remove the blade by turning the central locking mechanism counter-clockwise. Handle the blade by its center to avoid direct contact with the sharp edge.
    • Remove the food carriage and food pusher.
    • Remove the sliding bar if necessary for thorough cleaning.
  2. Cleaning Parts:
    • Wash the blades, food carriage, food pusher, and food tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent rust.
    • Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
    • Use a small brush to clean any food particles from crevices around the blade area.
  3. Reassembly and Storage:
    • Once all parts are dry, reassemble the slicer in reverse order of disassembly.
    • Store the slicer in a clean, dry place, away from children.

Troubleshooting
