Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the amplifier with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as these can damage the finish. Do not spray liquids directly onto the amplifier.

2. Battery Care

For optimal battery life, fully charge the amplifier before extended periods of non-use. If storing for a long time, charge the battery at least once every six months. Use only the specified USB Type-C® cable for charging.

3. Storage

Store the amplifier in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Ensure it is protected from dust and physical impact.

Troubleshooting

  • No Sound: Check that the instrument cable is fully inserted into both the guitar and the amplifier. Ensure the amplifier's VOLUME and LEVEL knobs are turned up. Verify the POWER switch is ON and the battery is charged or the unit is connected to a power source.
  • Poor Sound Quality/Distortion: Adjust the GAIN knob. If using external pedals, ensure their output levels are appropriate for the amplifier's input. Check for damaged cables.
  • Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Ensure the amplifier is in pairing mode (flashing blue light). Turn off and on your Bluetooth device and the amplifier, then try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the amplifier via Bluetooth.
  • Battery Not Charging: Verify the USB Type-C® cable is securely connected to both the amplifier and a working USB power source. Ensure the power source provides sufficient current (5V).
