  1. Scan the QR code below or search for "PetTech" in Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the application. Sign up or log in to your account.Screenshot of app download instructions with QR code and device pairing steps

  2. Manually add the device: Choose "Pet Feeder With Camera (Wi-Fi)".
  3. Power on the device and ensure the indicator is flashing rapidly or a prompt tone is heard. Confirm the device's blue indicator is flashing, then click "Next" in the app.
  4. Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5Ghz is not supported) and enter the password. The password should only contain letters or numbers, no special symbols.Screenshot of WiFi selection, QR code scanning for pairing, and successful device addition

  5. Keep the QR code displayed on your phone facing the feeder camera at a distance of 10-15cm (4-6 inches) until you hear a sound.
  6. Once the device is added successfully, you can change the pet feeder name if desired.

The feeder has a 5L capacity, approximately 20 cups of kibble. 1 cup is about 8 portions, and 1 portion is approximately 2 teaspoons (30ml).

5. Recommended Food Types and Kibble Size

The feeder is designed to work best with dry food, freeze-dried food, mixed food, and air-dried food. To prevent food blocking, ensure kibble size is within 2-10mm (0.07-0.4 inches).
