Getting Started
Warning: Please use the original 5V power supply.
1. Assembling Food Tray
- Remove the food bowl from inside the food tank.
- Check that the food tank is in place.
- Install the food bowl by attaching it to the designated notches underneath the feeder base.
Note: Before moving the feeder, press the bowl down to remove it. If there is food in the bowl, handle it gently to avoid spilling. Hold the base, not other parts, when lifting the feeder.
2. Connecting Power
- Insert the 5V power adapter into a wall socket and plug it into the feeder's power socket.
- Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit and install 3 alkaline D batteries (not included) for backup power during outages.
Note: Batteries are NOT included. Before connecting to power, ensure all parts are clean and completely dry.
3. Installing the Desiccant Bag
Place the PETULTRA desiccant bag into the carrier under the lid. The desiccant bag helps remove moisture and odor inside the tank, protecting pet food from oxidation damage and keeping it fresh.
Note: It is recommended to use a desiccant bag and change it every 15 days to prevent mold. Please remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the lid. For a better antioxidant effect, tear off the sealing film outside the small package only when you use it. The desiccant bag is not edible (? Do Not Eat).
4. Filling Food Tank
Add dry pet food to the food tank.
Note: Do NOT use canned, wet, or moist pet food. Recommended kibble size ranges from 2-10mm (0.07-0.4 inches) in diameter.

Troubleshooting
Q: The food won't come out
A:
- Ensure you are using dry food with a kibble size between 2-10mm (0.07-0.4 inches) in diameter.
- Check for any foreign objects lodged in the food tank, chute, or food outlet. Disassemble the food tank to check the chute if necessary.
- Verify battery levels or ensure the power adapter is connected and functioning, especially if no batteries are installed.
Q: I can't disassemble the food tank
A: Please follow the steps outlined in the "Cleaning & Care" section.
Q: I can't hear any voice recordings when feeding
A: Make sure you have recorded successfully and saved the recording. Unlock the control panel and press the Feed button to test. If no sound is heard, you may need to record again.
Q: Food volume for each portion is not the same
A: The first few portions may vary slightly. The dispensing volume should become consistent after approximately 6 feedings.
Q: I can't configure the feeder on my mobile
A:
- Incorrect account and password format: Use only numbers and letters for the username and password, with a maximum of 12 digits.
- 5G not supported: Please use a 2.4G wireless network.
- Application problem: Some program conflicts may occur. Try restarting your mobile device.
Q: Feeder appears disconnected from WiFi
A: This may be due to a weak connection. Please check that the distance between your feeder and router is no more than 10m (33ft) and that there are no concrete walls or too many obstacles between them, as these can weaken the WiFi signal and cause unstable connections.
