Button Descriptions
- Recording Button (?): In unlock mode, long press for 3 seconds until "di" sound is heard. The feeder will start recording (max 10s). After recording, press the button again to complete; "didi" sound indicates saving. To replace, repeat the process. To erase, record a blank voice overlay.
- Up/Reset Button (▲): Used to switch numbers. Also acts as a reset button. When locked, long press for 5 seconds to reset time and feeding settings.
- Down/Unlock Button (▼): Used to switch numbers. Also acts as an unlock button. When locked, long press to unlock. After unlocking, settings can be operated.
- Setting Button (SET): Used to enter and navigate through setting operations.
Note: The screen automatically locks after 30 seconds of inactivity.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly clean the feeder to maintain pet's health.
- When the food trough becomes dirty or has loose food, remove the food cover for cleaning.
- Clean the feeder base (containing the control panel) with a soft, damp cloth. Do not wet this part. Do not rinse directly with running water.
- Do not put the product in the dishwasher, as it will be permanently damaged.

Installation Guide
- Remove from the box: Take the feeder out of its packaging.
- Place the feeder: Position the feeder in a suitable location.
- Combine the food tray: Attach the food tray with the base of the feeder.
Note: Do not use canned, wet, or damp pet food. Recommended pet food size range is 3-13 mm.
Connect the Power Supply
Plug the 5V/1A power adapter into a wall socket and connect it to the device.
Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder and install 3 pcs Size D batteries (not necessary) to prevent power failure. The LED light will illuminate to indicate the feeder is powered on.
Notes:
- Batteries are not included.
- Before powering on, ensure all parts are clean and completely dry.
Put Pet Food in Food Tank
Fill the food tank with dry pet food. Close the lid; it will snap into place due to gravity.
Setting Time
The feeder uses a 24-hour clock (e.g., 5 PM is 17:00).
- Press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds to unlock the screen.
- After holding the "SET" button for 3 seconds, the time icon (00:00) will flash for the hour setting.
- Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to scroll through numbers and set the hour.
- Press the "SET" button to move to the minute setting, then set the minute using "▲" and "▼" buttons.
Manual Feeding
While the screen is unlocked, press both the "▲" and "▼" buttons simultaneously to manually feed one portion.
Note: The feeding plan will not be affected.
Feeding Recording
In unlock mode, long press the recording button (?) for 3 seconds until "di" is heard. The feeder will start recording (max 10s). After recording, press the button again to complete; "didi" indicates saving. To replace, repeat the process. To completely erase the recording, record a blank voice overlay.
Notes:
- The recording will play only when the button is pressed and a recording exists.
- When the feeding time is reached, the feeder will dispense food and play the recording.
Restore Factory Settings
In the locked screen state, press and hold the "▲" button for 5 seconds to reset all settings (time, feeding plan, and portion per meal).
Troubleshooting
- Q: Buttons are unresponsive.
- A: The screen locks after 30 seconds of inactivity. Press and hold the "▼" (unlock) button for 3 seconds to unlock the screen.
- Q: The specific content of the feeding plan is forgotten.
- A: Unlock the screen and press the "SET" button to view displayed meals (not portions).
- Q: Food is not dispensed.
- A:
- Ensure dry food is used and its diameter is between 3-13 mm.
- Check if battery power is low.
- Verify the power adapter is connected.
- If the power is cut off and batteries are not installed, reset the feeding plan.
- Q: The display does not light up.
- A:
- Without operation for 30 seconds, the screen locks and dims. Press and hold the "▼" (unlock) button for 3 seconds to unlock.
- Check if the power adapter is connected or the battery is installed.
- If the device is connected to power supply but the display still does not light up, contact the seller.
- Q: No recordings are heard during feeding.
- A: Ensure a recording has been successfully made. Unlock the screen and press the recording button to check. If no sound is heard, record again.
