Safety Instructions

  1. Children must be supervised by adults when using the feeder.
  2. Do not use the feeder for pets unable to reach the food tray or with physical disabilities.
  3. Do not immerse the base part in water, as it will damage electronic components and the control panel.
  4. Do not place any foreign objects in the pet feeder.
  5. Do not put canned, wet, or damp food in the feeder.
  6. Do not disassemble the equipment.
  7. Do not modify the pet feeder.
  8. If the equipment has faults or damaged accessories, do not attempt to repair it. Contact the seller immediately for resolution.
  9. Unplug the power cord when not using or cleaning the product.
  10. If the power plug is damp, turn off the power at the socket and do not attempt to unplug the power plug.

Notice

  1. Do not let pets chew or swallow any accessories. If concerned about the power cord, consider purchasing a wire conduit (hard plastic protector) to protect the cord.
  2. Do not install or place the pet feeder in an exposed location. The temperature should be within -10°C to 40°C.
  3. Use alkaline Size D batteries for power supply; do not use rechargeable batteries.
  4. Check the battery regularly. If traveling for a long time, replace the battery.
  5. Do not lift the pet feeder directly by the cover, food bucket, or food tray. Hold the base with both hands to lift and carry, keeping the device upright.
  6. Only applicable to dry food with a diameter of 3-13mm. Larger foods may get stuck or block the Food Outlet.
  7. Carefully read and follow all important instructions listed on the pet feeder and its package.

Icon Definitions

  • Battery Power Display: External power supply shows full power; battery power is displayed according to battery level.
  • Unlock/Lock: In a locked state, long press the "SET" button to unlock.
  • MEAL (1234): Can set up to 4 meals. In setting mode, use "▲" and "▼" buttons to switch the selected meal number.
  • Time Display (00:00): Displays the current time.
  • PORTION: Displays the feeding portions.

Button Descriptions

  • Recording Button (?): In unlock mode, long press for 3 seconds until "di" sound is heard. The feeder will start recording (max 10s). After recording, press the button again to complete; "didi" sound indicates saving. To replace, repeat the process. To erase, record a blank voice overlay.
  • Up/Reset Button (▲): Used to switch numbers. Also acts as a reset button. When locked, long press for 5 seconds to reset time and feeding settings.
  • Down/Unlock Button (▼): Used to switch numbers. Also acts as an unlock button. When locked, long press to unlock. After unlocking, settings can be operated.
  • Setting Button (SET): Used to enter and navigate through setting operations.

Note: The screen automatically locks after 30 seconds of inactivity.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regularly clean the feeder to maintain pet's health.

  • When the food trough becomes dirty or has loose food, remove the food cover for cleaning.
  • Clean the feeder base (containing the control panel) with a soft, damp cloth. Do not wet this part. Do not rinse directly with running water.
  • Do not put the product in the dishwasher, as it will be permanently damaged.

Installation Guide

  1. Remove from the box: Take the feeder out of its packaging.
  2. Place the feeder: Position the feeder in a suitable location.
  3. Combine the food tray: Attach the food tray with the base of the feeder.

Note: Do not use canned, wet, or damp pet food. Recommended pet food size range is 3-13 mm.

Connect the Power Supply

Plug the 5V/1A power adapter into a wall socket and connect it to the device.

Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder and install 3 pcs Size D batteries (not necessary) to prevent power failure. The LED light will illuminate to indicate the feeder is powered on.

Notes:

  1. Batteries are not included.
  2. Before powering on, ensure all parts are clean and completely dry.

Put Pet Food in Food Tank

Fill the food tank with dry pet food. Close the lid; it will snap into place due to gravity.

Setting Time

The feeder uses a 24-hour clock (e.g., 5 PM is 17:00).

  1. Press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds to unlock the screen.
  2. After holding the "SET" button for 3 seconds, the time icon (00:00) will flash for the hour setting.
  3. Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to scroll through numbers and set the hour.
  4. Press the "SET" button to move to the minute setting, then set the minute using "▲" and "▼" buttons.

Set Up a Daily Feeding Plan

  1. After setting the current time, press the "SET" button. The display will flash the number of meals.
  2. Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to set 1-4 meals a day.

Set Meal Time and Portions

  1. After setting the number of meals, the display will flash the current meal number (e.g., "3" indicates 3 meals per day).
  2. Set the feeding time:
    1. Press the "SET" button. The hour field of the time icon will flash.
    2. Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to set the hour.
    3. Press the "SET" button and use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to set the minutes.
  3. Set the feeding portion:
    1. Press the "SET" button. The number of portions will flash.
    2. Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to set the feeding portion.
    3. If necessary, press the "SET" button to repeat the process for meals 2 to 4.

Manual Feeding

While the screen is unlocked, press both the "▲" and "▼" buttons simultaneously to manually feed one portion.

Note: The feeding plan will not be affected.

Feeding Recording

In unlock mode, long press the recording button (?) for 3 seconds until "di" is heard. The feeder will start recording (max 10s). After recording, press the button again to complete; "didi" indicates saving. To replace, repeat the process. To completely erase the recording, record a blank voice overlay.

Notes:

  • The recording will play only when the button is pressed and a recording exists.
  • When the feeding time is reached, the feeder will dispense food and play the recording.

Restore Factory Settings

In the locked screen state, press and hold the "▲" button for 5 seconds to reset all settings (time, feeding plan, and portion per meal).

Troubleshooting

Q: Buttons are unresponsive.
A: The screen locks after 30 seconds of inactivity. Press and hold the "▼" (unlock) button for 3 seconds to unlock the screen.
Q: The specific content of the feeding plan is forgotten.
A: Unlock the screen and press the "SET" button to view displayed meals (not portions).
Q: Food is not dispensed.
A:
  1. Ensure dry food is used and its diameter is between 3-13 mm.
  2. Check if battery power is low.
  3. Verify the power adapter is connected.
  4. If the power is cut off and batteries are not installed, reset the feeding plan.
Q: The display does not light up.
A:
  1. Without operation for 30 seconds, the screen locks and dims. Press and hold the "▼" (unlock) button for 3 seconds to unlock.
  2. Check if the power adapter is connected or the battery is installed.
  3. If the device is connected to power supply but the display still does not light up, contact the seller.
Q: No recordings are heard during feeding.
A: Ensure a recording has been successfully made. Unlock the screen and press the recording button to check. If no sound is heard, record again.
