2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or other hazards.
- Professional Installation: This product should only be installed by a qualified electrician or competent person in accordance with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Power Disconnection: Always disconnect power at the main circuit breaker before attempting any installation, maintenance, or bulb replacement.
- No Modifications: Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the product. Any unauthorized modifications will void the warranty and may create safety risks.
- Proper Grounding: Ensure the track system is properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards.

- Bulb Compatibility: Use only GU10 LED bulbs with appropriate wattage (max 5W per spotlight) and voltage (230V) ratings.

3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present and undamaged before beginning installation. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact your retailer.

4. Setup and Installation
The Ledvion track lighting system features a plug-and-play design for straightforward installation. Ensure power is disconnected before proceeding.
4.1 Mounting the Track Rails
- Plan Layout: Determine the desired location for your track lighting. The system consists of two 1-meter track rails that can be connected to form a 2-meter length.
- Mark Drilling Points: Hold the track rail(s) against the ceiling or wall and mark the positions for the mounting screws. Ensure the marks are level and spaced appropriately for secure installation.
- Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked positions. Insert wall anchors if necessary.
- Secure Track: Attach the track rail(s) to the ceiling or wall using the provided screws. Ensure the track is firmly secured.
4.2 Connecting Power
- Install Power Connector: Connect the power connector to one end of the track rail. Ensure the electrical wires from your power supply are correctly wired to the connector (Live, Neutral, Ground).
- Install End Cap: Place the end cap on the opposite end of the track rail to cover the open track.
4.3 Attaching Spotlights
- Insert Bulbs: Gently insert the GU10 LED bulbs into each spotlight fixture.
- Attach Spotlights to Track: Align the spotlight adapter with the track groove. Push the spotlight into the track and rotate the locking mechanism to secure it in place.
- Position Spotlights: Slide the spotlights along the track to your desired positions.

5. Operation
Once installed, the Ledvion track lighting system is ready for use. Reconnect power at the main circuit breaker.
5.1 Adjusting Spotlights
Each spotlight can be individually adjusted to direct light precisely where needed:
- Rotation: The spotlight can be rotated 350 degrees horizontally along the track.
- Tilt: The spotlight can be tilted up to 90 degrees vertically.

5.2 Dimming Functionality
The included 2700K LED bulbs are dimmable. To utilize the dimming feature, an external dimmer switch (not included) compatible with LED lighting must be installed in your electrical circuit.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your track lighting system.
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the track and spotlights with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bulb Replacement: Disconnect power. Allow bulbs to cool completely. Gently twist and pull out the old GU10 bulb. Insert a new GU10 LED bulb, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the wiring and connections for any signs of wear or damage. If damage is found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Ledvion track lighting system, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Light:
- Check if the power supply is connected and the circuit breaker is on.
- Ensure bulbs are correctly inserted and not faulty.
- Verify spotlights are securely locked into the track and making proper contact.
- Flickering Lights:
- Ensure bulbs are fully seated in their sockets.
- If using a dimmer, ensure it is compatible with LED bulbs and properly installed.
- Check for loose wiring connections.
- Spotlight Not Moving Smoothly:
- Ensure the track is clean and free of obstructions.
- Check if the locking mechanism is fully disengaged when attempting to move the spotlight.
