Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your Ledvion track lighting system.
- Plan Layout: Determine the desired location for your track rail. Ensure it is within reach of a power source.
- Mark Mounting Points: Hold the track rail against the ceiling or wall and mark the drilling points for the mounting screws.
- Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked points and insert wall anchors if necessary.
- Mount Track Rail: Securely attach the track rail to the ceiling or wall using the provided screws.
- Connect Power: Install the power connector at one end of the track. Connect the electrical wiring from your power source to the power connector. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated. For more complex setups, optional power feeders and connectors (I-connector, X-connector, T-connector) are available.
- Install Spotlights: Insert the GU10 LED lamps into the spotlights. Then, align the spotlights with the track and use the plug-and-play locking system to secure them. Rotate the locking mechanism to fix the spotlight in place.
- Adjust Spotlights: Once installed, adjust the angle and rotation of each spotlight to direct light as desired.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the main circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Light Direction:
Each spotlight can be independently adjusted to direct light precisely where needed. The spotlights can be tilted up to 350 degrees and rotated 90 degrees along the track.

Dimming Functionality:
This track lighting system is compatible with external dimmers. If you have an external dimmer installed, you can adjust the light intensity by operating the dimmer switch. Ensure that the GU10 lamps used are dimmable.
Optional Anti-Glare Grid:
The included anti-glare grids can be easily added or removed from the spotlights to prevent glare and enhance visual comfort.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
To clean the track and spotlights, ensure the power is off. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Lamp Replacement:
Before replacing a lamp, turn off the power and allow the lamp to cool completely. Gently twist the GU10 lamp counter-clockwise to remove it. Insert the new GU10 lamp by aligning the pins and twisting clockwise until secure. Ensure the replacement lamp matches the specifications (GU10 base, appropriate wattage, and dimmable if using a dimmer).
Troubleshooting
- Light Not Turning On:
- Check if the power supply is connected and the circuit breaker is on.
- Ensure the spotlight is correctly inserted and locked into the track.
- Verify that the GU10 lamp is properly seated and not faulty. Try replacing it with a known working lamp.
- Flickering Light:
- Ensure the GU10 lamp is fully inserted and making good contact.
- If using a dimmer, ensure it is compatible with LED lamps and that the lamps themselves are dimmable.
- Check for loose wiring connections.
- Dimming Issues:
- Confirm that both the dimmer switch and the GU10 lamps are designed for dimming.
- Some dimmers have a minimum load requirement; ensure the total wattage of your lamps meets this.
