4. Setup and Assembly
The TOPUTURE Exercise Bike is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary tools are included in the package. An online instruction video is available to guide you through the process, which typically takes less than 30 minutes.
Key Assembly Steps:
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
- Attach the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame.
- Install the pedals, ensuring they are tightened correctly (left pedal is reverse threaded).
- Mount the seat post and seat, then the handlebar post and handlebars.
- Connect the LCD monitor cables and attach the monitor to the handlebar post.
- Perform a final check to ensure all connections are secure.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars
The exercise bike features a 4-way adjustable handlebar and a 3-way adjustable seat to accommodate users with heights ranging from 4.9ft to 6.4ft (150cm-195cm). Adjust these components to ensure a comfortable and ergonomically correct riding position.
- Seat Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment knob under the seat to move it horizontally (forward/backward) and vertically (up/down). Tighten the knob securely once adjusted.
- Handlebar Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post to move it vertically (up/down). Tighten the knob securely once adjusted.

5.2 Adjusting Resistance
The bike features 100 micro-adjustable magnetic resistance levels. To increase or decrease the resistance, simply twist the resistance knob located on the frame. Turning clockwise increases resistance, while turning counter-clockwise decreases it. The emergency brake function is integrated into this knob; press it down firmly to bring the flywheel to an immediate stop.

5.3 LCD Monitor and Tablet Holder
The integrated LCD monitor displays key workout data including RPM, time, speed, distance (in miles), calories burned, and odometer. The monitor is battery-powered. A universal tablet holder with anti-skid silicone and sponge is provided above the monitor to securely hold your device during workouts.
