Setup
1. Initial Charging
Your Eco-Drive watch is powered by light. Upon receiving your watch, it may be in a low charge state. To ensure optimal performance, expose the watch dial to bright light (natural sunlight is ideal) for several hours. Avoid extreme heat. A full charge can take up to several days under normal indoor lighting.
2. Setting Time and Date
Refer to the detailed instructions provided in the full user manual for precise setting procedures for the time, perpetual calendar, dual time, and alarm functions. The crown and pushers on the side of the watch are used for these adjustments.

Maintenance
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for diving. Avoid operating the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged.
Cleaning
To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe the case and band with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For stainless steel, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Storage
When storing your Eco-Drive watch for extended periods, ensure it is exposed to light periodically to maintain its charge. Avoid storing it in dark places for prolonged durations.

- Incorrect Setting: Verify that the time and date are set correctly according to the full instruction manual.
- Power Save Mode: If the watch has been in darkness for an extended period, it may enter a power-saving mode. Exposing it to light should reactivate it.
