Troubleshooting
- Monitor Sags or Doesn't Hold Position:
Adjust the tension screw on the arm. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors, or counter-clockwise for lighter monitors, until the monitor holds its position firmly.
- Arm is Too Stiff to Move:
Decrease the tension by turning the tension screw counter-clockwise. Ensure the monitor is attached before making final adjustments.
- Monitor Wobbles:
Check all mounting screws and the desk clamp/grommet for tightness. Ensure the desk surface is stable.
- Cables Don't Fit in Management Channels:
Ensure cables are routed individually and not bundled too tightly. If cables are too thick, external cable ties may be necessary.
- Monitor Not Attaching to VESA Plate:
Verify your monitor's VESA pattern matches 75x75mm or 100x100mm. Ensure you are using the correct size screws for your monitor.
Maintenance
- Regularly check all screws and connections for tightness to ensure stability.
- Clean the monitor arm with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Do not apply excessive force when adjusting the arm; use the tension adjustment feature instead.
