  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bike from its packaging. Cut any zip ties and remove protective styrofoam. Locate the accessory box containing the toolkit, charger, and manual.
  2. Front Fender and Headlight Installation:
    • Remove the screws from the front of the frame.
    • Line up the front fender and reattach the screws using the provided Allen wrench.
    • Remove the screw from the top of the fender. Line up the headlight and secure it by replacing and tightening the screw with the Allen wrench.
  3. Front Wheel Installation:
    • Remove the brake caliper protector.
    • Remove the nut and washer from both sides of the front wheel axle. Set the axle components aside.
    • Line the center of the front wheel with the front fork. Carefully insert the axle into the fork and wheel.
    • Once the axle is through, place the remaining washer and nut on the other side of the axle and tighten securely.
  4. Handlebar Setup: Ensure the stem is folded down. Open the quick release clamp on the stem, then insert the handlebars into the stem. Lift the stem upright and place the folding bolt into the stem locking groove. Press down on the folding handle to secure it. Adjust the handlebars to reach the minimum insertion line for safety, and tighten the quick release clamp.
  5. Seatpost Adjustment: Locate the seatpost. Make sure the seatpost quick release clamp is open on the bike. Unfold the seat and insert the seatpost into the bike. Adjust it to your desired position, ensuring the seat is inserted to at least the minimum insertion line for safety. Then, tighten the quick release clamp.
  6. Pedal Installation: Remove the pedals from their packaging. Take the right pedal, marked "R", and attach it to the bike by twisting clockwise with a wrench. For the left pedal, marked "L", twist counterclockwise.
