2. Safety Information

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water. Only removable parts are washable.
  • Use only dry pet food with a diameter between 2mm and 10mm.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use or during assembly.
  • Ensure the feeder is placed on a stable, level surface.
  • Do not use damaged power cords or adapters.
  • Dispose of batteries properly.

3. Setup

3.1 Power Supply Connection

The feeder supports two power options: AC adapter and D-size batteries (not included).

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the feeder and the AC adapter.
  2. Plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  3. For battery backup, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit and insert three D-size alkaline batteries. Ensure correct polarity.

The feeder will automatically switch to battery power during an outage if batteries are installed.

3.2 Filling the Food Tank

  1. Remove the lid from the top of the feeder.
  2. Pour dry pet food (2-10mm diameter) into the food tank.
  3. Replace the lid securely. The lid is designed to be secure to prevent spills and tampering.

3.3 Installing the Desiccant Pack

To maintain food freshness, install the desiccant pack in the designated holder under the lid.

  1. Locate the desiccant holder on the underside of the feeder lid.
  2. Insert the desiccant pack into the holder.
  3. Replace the desiccant pack approximately every month for optimal freshness.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting the Feeding Schedule

The feeder allows you to set up to 6 feeding times per day, with 20 adjustable portion sizes per meal (approximately 5g to 100g per portion).

  1. Press the "SET" button on the control panel to enter programming mode.
  2. Use the "Up" and "Down" arrows to adjust the current time. Press "SET" to confirm.
  3. Set the first meal time: Use "Up" and "Down" to adjust the hour and minute, then press "SET".
  4. Set the portion size for the first meal: Use "Up" and "Down" to select a portion from 1 to 20, then press "SET".
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for up to 6 meals. If fewer than 6 meals are desired, simply exit programming mode after setting your last meal.
  6. To exit programming mode, hold the "SET" button for a few seconds or wait for the display to time out.

Note: The display shows the current time, battery status, lock status, and meal number/portion. A lock icon indicates the panel is locked to prevent accidental changes. Hold the "Up" arrow for 3 seconds to lock/unlock.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your feeder.

5.1 Cleaning Instructions

  1. Unplug the feeder from the power outlet and remove any batteries.
  2. Remove the lid, food tank, and dual food bowls.
  3. Wash the lid, food tank, and bowls with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Allow all removable parts to air dry completely before reassembling.
  5. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

5.2 Desiccant Replacement

Replace the desiccant pack monthly to maintain optimal food freshness.
