1. Safety Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before installation and use. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation or maintenance.
- Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician if you are unsure.
- Do not install near high-temperature sources or other strong light sources (e.g., air conditioners, streetlights) as this may affect sensor performance.
- This product is rated IP66 waterproof. While designed for outdoor use, to prolong its lifespan, avoid direct exposure to extreme weather conditions like heavy rain or snow. Install under eaves or in sheltered areas where possible.
- The 2P/3P plug is changeable. Ensure the correct plug type is used for your region and that proper grounding is established for safety, especially with the 3P plug, to reduce risks of electrical shock.

3. Setup & Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your MEIKEE LED Motion Sensor Floodlight.
- Step 1: Mark Drilling Points
Based on the distance between the bracket's screw holes, mark two drilling points on the desired installation surface. - Step 2: Mount the Bracket
Drill holes at the marked points. Insert wall plugs if necessary. Position the bracket over the holes and secure it with screws. - Step 3: Adjust Light and Sensor Direction
Attach the floodlight to the mounted bracket. Adjust the light's direction and the sensor's angle (up/down 180°, left/right 180°) to cover the desired area. - Step 4: Connect Power
Plug the power cord into a suitable power socket and turn on the power.

4. Operation
The MEIKEE LED Motion Sensor Floodlight can be operated using the included remote control.
Remote Control Functions

Image: Remote control showing ON/OFF buttons and a demonstration of the constant light mode.
- ON/OFF: Press the ON button to turn the light on. By default, it will enter constant light mode. Press OFF to turn it off.
- Constant Light Mode (Timer):
- When the light is ON, press the 1H, 2H, or 3H buttons to set a timer for constant illumination.
- After the set timer expires, the light will automatically switch back to the Night Sensor Mode with a 45-second illumination duration.
- Brightness Adjustment (Dimming):
- Use the brightness adjustment buttons (often represented by wave icons or up/down arrows) to adjust the light intensity from 10% to 100%.
- Motion Sensor Modes:
- Night Sensor Mode (Moon icon): The light will only activate when motion is detected in dark environments.
- 24-Hour Sensor Mode (Sun icon): The light will activate when motion is detected regardless of ambient light conditions (day or night).
- To activate a sensor mode, turn the light ON with the remote, then press the Moon or Sun icon button.
- Illumination Duration in Sensor Mode:
- When in a sensor mode, press the 45S, 90S, 120S, 5min, or 10min buttons to set how long the light stays on after motion is detected.
- Sensor Sensitivity Adjustment:
- The sensor sensitivity can be adjusted in three levels: 50%, 80%, and 100%. This corresponds to detection distances of approximately 6m, 9.5m, and 12m respectively. Adjust based on your installation height and desired detection range.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your floodlight.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the light fixture and sensor lens with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Inspection: Periodically check the power cord and plug for any signs of damage. Ensure all mounting screws are tight.
- Environmental Protection: Although IP66 rated, installing the light in a sheltered location (e.g., under an eave) can further protect it from harsh weather and prolong its life.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your floodlight, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on. | No power supply; remote control battery low; light is OFF. | Check power connection; replace remote battery; press ON button on remote. |
| Sensor not detecting motion or detecting too much. | Incorrect sensor sensitivity setting; sensor obstructed; interference from other light sources. | Adjust sensor sensitivity (50%/80%/100%); clear obstructions; relocate away from interfering light sources. |
| Light stays on constantly in sensor mode. | Sensor is continuously triggered; sensor malfunction. | Check for constant motion in detection area; adjust sensor angle/sensitivity; contact support if problem persists. |
| Remote control not working. | Battery low or depleted; remote not pointed at sensor; interference. | Replace remote battery; ensure direct line of sight to sensor; reduce interference. |
