5. Operating Instructions
Preparation:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut ingredients into pieces that fit easily into the dual feed chutes (e.g., celery into 1.5-inch pieces, apples into 2.0-inch pieces). Remove large seeds, pits, and hard skins.
Juicing Process:
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp cups are in place.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the control knob to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
- Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the appropriate feed chute. Use the pusher (6) only when necessary to guide ingredients down, do not force them.
- The juicer's slow masticating action will extract juice into the juice cup and separate pulp into the pulp cup.
- For continuous juicing, utilize both feed chutes as needed.
- Once juicing is complete, turn the control knob to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.

Reverse Function:
If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops during operation, turn the control knob to the 'REV' (Reverse) position and hold for a few seconds. This will reverse the auger's rotation to clear the blockage. Release the knob to return to the 'OFF' position, then switch back to 'ON' to resume juicing.

Disassembly for Cleaning:
- Ensure the juicer is unplugged.
- Remove the juice and pulp cups.
- Twist the Juicing Body counter-clockwise to unlock it from the Motor Base and remove it.
- Disassemble the Juicing Body Cover, Fine Strainer, and Spiral Presser.
Cleaning Steps:

- Use the provided Cleaning Brush (5) to thoroughly clean the Fine Strainer and any hard-to-reach areas.
- All detachable parts are dishwasher safe. For best results, place them on the top rack.
- Wipe the Motor Base (1) with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; improper assembly; power outage. | Ensure plug is securely in outlet. Check assembly, reassemble if necessary. Check household circuit breaker. |
| Motor stops during operation. | Overload/jammed ingredients; overheating protection activated. | Switch to 'REV' to clear blockage. If still stuck, disassemble and remove ingredients. Allow motor to cool down for 20-30 minutes before restarting. |
| Low juice yield or excessive pulp. | Ingredients too hard or fibrous; improper cutting; strainer clogged. | Ensure ingredients are cut to appropriate size. Clean the strainer thoroughly. For very fibrous ingredients, consider re-juicing the pulp. |
| Loud noise or vibration. | Improper assembly; foreign object inside; worn parts. | Check that all parts are securely locked. Disassemble and check for foreign objects. If problem persists, contact customer service. |
