4. Setup and Installation

Professional installation is recommended for this product.

4.1 Preparing for Installation

1. Turn off power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Clear the work area and ensure you have all necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, etc.).

4.2 Mounting the Fixture

1. Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws.
2. Connect the fixture's ground wire (usually bare copper or green) to the ground wire from the junction box.
3. Connect the fixture's white wire to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box.
4. Connect the fixture's black wire to the black (hot) wire from the junction box.
5. Secure all wire connections with wire nuts.
6. Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
7. Attach the fixture canopy to the mounting bracket, securing it with the provided screws or nuts.

4.3 Adjusting Hanging Length

The pendant features an adjustable hanging length via its black cable. To adjust, loosen the cable grip at the canopy, pull the cable to the desired length, and then tighten the grip securely. Ensure the fixture hangs level.

4.4 Bulb Installation

1. Insert one E26 Medium base LED compatible bulb (not included) into the socket.
2. Do not exceed the maximum wattage of 60 watts.

5. Operating Instructions

Once installed and a bulb is inserted, restore power at the circuit breaker. The pendant light can then be operated using a standard wall switch connected to the fixture's circuit. The fixture is LED compatible, allowing for energy-efficient lighting.

6.1 Cleaning

To clean the fixture, ensure power is off. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish.

6.2 Bulb Replacement

Before replacing the bulb, turn off power at the circuit breaker and allow the bulb to cool. Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new E26 Medium base LED compatible bulb, ensuring it does not exceed 60 watts.
