1. Important Safety Information

2. Package Contents

Upon opening the box, verify that all components are present and undamaged.

3. Setup and Assembly

The Jasion X-Hunter electric bike comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup.

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any visible damage during shipping. Remove all protective wrapping.

3.2 Handlebar Installation

Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube and tighten the bolts securely. Adjust the handlebar to a comfortable riding position.

3.3 Front Wheel and Fender Attachment

Attach the front fender to the fork using the provided screws. Carefully align the front wheel with the fork and insert the axle. Securely tighten the axle nuts on both sides. Ensure the brake rotor is correctly seated within the caliper.

3.4 Saddle and Seat Post Adjustment

Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height to ensure your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped. Secure the quick-release lever firmly.

3.5 Pedal Installation

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The right pedal screws in clockwise, and the left pedal screws in counter-clockwise. Tighten them firmly with a wrench.

3.6 Battery Installation and Charging

Insert the 48V 13Ah removable battery into the frame and lock it with the key. Before your first ride, fully charge the battery using the provided charger. The charging port is located on the battery. A red light on the charger indicates charging, and a green light indicates a full charge.
