1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Always assemble the bed frame on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
• Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 363 kg (800 lbs).
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly to avoid choking hazards.
• Do not stand or jump on the bed frame.
• Use only the mattress size specified for this bed frame (140 x 200 cm).

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a soft surface. Refer to the parts diagram to identify each piece.

2. Assemble Headboard and Footboard: Attach the horizontal bars to the vertical posts of the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and hex key. Ensure all connections are firm.
3. Attach Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the assembled headboard and footboard. Use the L-shaped plates and bolts to secure these connections, ensuring a stable structure.

4. Install Support Legs: Attach the central support legs to the frame. These legs provide multi-point support for increased stability and weight distribution.

5. Place Metal Slats: Position the metal slats across the frame. Ensure they are securely seated in their designated slots. The built-in design helps prevent the mattress from sliding.

6. Final Check: Double-check all connections to ensure they are tight and secure. The bed frame is now ready for use.

5. Usage

This bed frame is designed for use with a 140 x 200 cm mattress. The high headboard and footboard provide a secure fit for various mattress thicknesses, preventing movement. The frame offers ample under-bed clearance for storage.

6. Care and Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting

• Squeaking Noises: If the bed frame squeaks, check all bolts and connections. Tighten any loose hardware. Ensure the mattress is properly seated on the slats.
• Instability: If the bed frame feels unstable, verify that all support legs are firmly on the ground and all connections are securely tightened. Ensure the frame is on a level surface.
• Mattress Sliding: The bed frame features built-in slats designed to prevent mattress sliding. Ensure the mattress is correctly positioned within the frame's edges.
