Initial Pairing

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "HOCO EQ2" from the list.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

Automatic Reconnection

After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when the charging case lid is opened, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device and it is within range.

Charging Instructions

Earbuds Not Pairing

• Ensure both earbuds are charged and placed correctly in the charging case.
• Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth on your device.
• Forget/delete "HOCO EQ2" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• If only one earbud connects, try placing both back in the case, closing the lid for a few seconds, then reopening to reset.

No Sound or Low Volume

• Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try different sized ear cushions for a better seal.
• Clean any debris from the earbud mesh.

Charging Issues

• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Try a different USB port or power adapter.
