Setup

The TOPUTURE Walking Pad Treadmill arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Follow these steps for initial setup:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for safe operation.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Safety Key: Attach the safety key to the designated slot on the treadmill's console. Secure the other end of the safety key clip to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

Operating Instructions

Starting the Treadmill

  1. Ensure the safety key is properly attached.
  2. Press the "On/Off" button on the LED touch screen or the remote control to power on the treadmill.
  3. The display will light up, and the treadmill will be in standby mode.
  4. Press the "Start" button on the remote or touch screen to begin operation. The treadmill will start at a low speed.

Speed Adjustment and Modes

The treadmill supports two main modes based on speed:

  • Walking Mode: Speeds from 0.6 MPH to 2 MPH. Ideal for under-desk use or light walking.
  • Jogging Mode: Speeds from 3 MPH to 6.2 MPH. Suitable for brisk walking or jogging.

Use the "Speed+" and "Speed-" buttons on the LED touch screen or remote control to adjust the speed. The treadmill will automatically switch between walking and jogging modes as you adjust the speed within these ranges.

LED Display Functions

The large LED display provides real-time feedback on your workout:

  • Speed: Current speed in Miles Per Hour (MPH).
  • Time: Duration of your workout.
  • Distance: Total distance covered.
  • Calories: Estimated calories burned.
  • Programs: Indicates selected pre-set program (P01-P12) or manual mode.

App Control (FITSHOW App) & Remote Control

Your treadmill can be controlled via the included remote control or through the FITSHOW App on your smartphone.

  • Remote Control: Use the remote to start/stop the treadmill, adjust speed, and select programs.
  • FITSHOW App: Download the FITSHOW App from your device's app store. Connect your treadmill via Bluetooth. The app allows you to:
    • Control treadmill functions (start, stop, speed).
    • Track and record your fitness data (time, distance, calories).
    • Access 12 pre-set programs for varied workouts.
    • Share your fitness progress.

Pre-set Programs

The treadmill includes 12 pre-set programs (P01-P12) designed to simulate various exercise scenarios. These programs automatically adjust speed over time. Refer to the FITSHOW App or the detailed program chart in the full user manual for specific program profiles.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill. Always unplug the treadmill before performing any maintenance.

Cleaning

  • Wipe down the treadmill's surface, including the console and running belt, with a damp cloth after each use.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
  • Periodically vacuum underneath the treadmill to prevent dust and debris buildup.

Lubrication

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. The treadmill features a convenient lubricating hole for easy application.

  1. Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
  2. Locate the lubricating hole (refer to Figure 5).
  3. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant (not included, typically sold separately) into the hole.
  4. Run the treadmill at a low speed (e.g., 1 MPH) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant evenly.
  5. Lubricate every 3-6 months depending on usage.

Running Belt Adjustment

If the running belt feels loose, slips, or drifts to one side, it may need adjustment. Use the included tool kit for this procedure. Refer to the full user manual for detailed instructions on belt tensioning and centering.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your treadmill, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
