Setup

1. Wearing the Earbuds

Insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate them until they fit snugly and comfortably. The correct fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

2. Changing Ear Tips

Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. An improper fit can affect sound quality and noise cancellation performance. Gently twist and pull to remove the current ear tip, then push and twist to attach a new one. Ensure the ear tip is securely attached before use.

3. Initial Pairing

To pair your Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds with a new device:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and leave the lid open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds until the LED lights on the case start flashing continuously. This indicates the earbuds are in pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Liberty 4 NC" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "Soundcore Liberty 4 NC" to connect. Once connected, the LED lights will turn off.

Operating Instructions

The Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds feature touch-sensitive control panels on the upper part of the stems. You can customize these controls using the Soundcore app.

Soundcore App Features

Download the Soundcore app to unlock the full potential of your Liberty 4 NC earbuds. The app allows you to:

Noise Cancelling & Transparency Modes

The Liberty 4 NC features Ultra Noise Cancelling 3.0, which not only detects and removes external noise but also measures your ear shape to provide personalized noise cancellation, eliminating previously missed noises. The earbuds automatically adapt noise cancellation levels based on your environment and ear shape when in automatic mode.

You can switch between Noise Cancelling, Normal, and Transparency modes. Transparency mode allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio. The Soundcore app offers manual settings and various transportation modes (e.g., airplane, bus, train) to optimize noise cancellation for specific environments.

Multipoint Connection

The Soundcore Liberty 4 NC supports multipoint connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously (e.g., a smartphone and a PC). This feature enables seamless switching between audio sources without manually disconnecting and reconnecting.

1. Wear both earbuds.
2. Press and hold both earbuds' touch panels simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter multipoint mode.

Charging & Battery Life

The earbuds offer up to 10 hours of playback on a single charge, and up to 50 hours with the charging case (with ANC off). A quick 10-minute charge provides approximately 4 hours of playback.

• Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status.
• Charging the Case: Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable. The case also supports wireless charging.

LED Indicators

The LED indicators on the charging case provide information about the battery level:

• Long white light: Battery 60% - 100%
• Short white light: Battery 20% - 60%
• Red light: Battery less than 20%

Maintenance

Regular cleaning of your earbuds is essential for hygiene and optimal performance. Use a cotton swab with a small amount of disinfectant alcohol to gently wipe the golden filter mesh of the earbuds. Additionally, remove the ear tips and wash them with water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching them to the earbuds. For cleaning the earbud ports and filters, use an air blower to dislodge debris, then use a Q-tip or toothpick to remove any remaining dirt.

Troubleshooting

Resetting the Earbuds

If you experience connection issues or other functional problems, try resetting your earbuds:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and leave the lid open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators flash white 3 times. This indicates a successful reset.
3. After resetting, delete "Soundcore Liberty 4 NC" from your device's Bluetooth history and attempt to pair again.

Note: Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to the charging case before resetting. If the left earbud is placed in the charging case, a white LED indicator will be displayed, confirming it is connected.

Bluetooth Connection Failure

If you encounter issues connecting via Bluetooth:

1. Restart your Bluetooth device (smartphone, PC, etc.).
2. Delete all pairing records of "Soundcore Liberty 4 NC" from your device's Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth off.
3. Ensure the charging case has sufficient battery and that the ear tips are not obstructing the earbud charging connectors.
4. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
5. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes white 3 times.
6. Turn on Bluetooth on your device, search for "Soundcore Liberty 4 NC", and pair.

Note: When performing a reset, ensure the earbuds are properly connected to the charging case. A reset may fail if not properly connected. When the left earbud is placed in the charging case, a white LED indicator is displayed, confirming that the earbud is connected to the charging case. Also, ensure the earbuds and charging case have sufficient battery, and remove any debris from the charging pins with a dry cloth.
