Setup Guide
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the turntable and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
- Platter and Belt Installation:
- Place the aluminum platter onto the spindle.
- Locate the drive belt. Gently stretch the belt around the inner rim of the platter and hook it onto the motor pulley. Ensure the belt is not twisted.
- Place the turntable slip mat on top of the platter.
- Counterweight Adjustment:
- Slide the counterweight onto the rear of the tonearm.
- With the stylus guard in place, balance the tonearm by rotating the counterweight until the tonearm floats horizontally.
- Once balanced, hold the counterweight steady and rotate the numbered ring to '0'.
- Rotate the entire counterweight counter-clockwise to the recommended tracking force (typically 2.5 grams for the AT-3600L cartridge). Refer to the cartridge manufacturer's specifications for precise tracking force.
