Important Safety Information
For your safety and the safety of others, please read this manual thoroughly before operating the Hover-1 Helix. Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. The Hover-1 Helix is UL2272 certified, ensuring it has been tested to applicable standards and deemed safe for use. It is designed for ages 8 and older, with a maximum weight capacity of 160 lbs (73 kg).
Avoid riding on unsafe surfaces or at excessive speeds. The self-balancing system provides stability, but proper riding technique is crucial. Do not attempt stunts or maneuvers beyond your skill level.

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before your first ride, fully charge your Hover-1 Helix hoverboard. A full charge typically takes 6 hours and provides a range of up to 3 miles. Use only the authentic Hover-1 charger provided with your device.
- Connect the charger to the charging port on the hoverboard.
- Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The indicator light on the charger will typically show red while charging and turn green when fully charged. The hoverboard's power indicator light may also change.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the wall outlet first, then from the hoverboard.
3.2 Sleep Mode Deactivation
If your Hover-1 Helix is not powering on and the light indicator on the charger is solid green when you attempt to charge it, the unit may be in sleep mode. Follow these steps to deactivate sleep mode:
- Plug the charger into the unit and the wall.
- Leave plugged in, pick up the motorized wheel and spin the wheel manually until the charger light indicator starts to flash red.
- Continue spinning the wheel until the charger light indicator is solid red, then stop spinning.
- Charge the unit for the specified amount of time per the manual (6 hours for a full charge).
- Turn on the unit.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Riding Your Hoverboard
The Hover-1 Helix features a self-balancing system that assists with stability. To ride, gently step onto the footpads one foot at a time. Lean slightly forward to move forward, and lean back to slow down or move backward. Turn by applying pressure to one footpad while easing pressure on the other.
Start in a safe, open area and practice at low speeds until you are comfortable with the controls. The dynamic stabilization system helps keep you upright and stabilizes the board if you tilt too far.

4.2 Bluetooth Speaker Pairing
Your Hover-1 Helix is equipped with a built-in Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to enjoy music during your ride.
- Ensure your hoverboard is powered on.
- Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
- Search for available Bluetooth devices. The hoverboard will appear as "Hover-1 Helix" or similar.
- Select the hoverboard from the list to pair. You may hear an audible confirmation once connected.
- Once paired, you can play audio through the hoverboard's speaker.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Maintenance
Proper battery maintenance is crucial for the longevity and performance of your Hover-1 Helix. The hoverboard uses a Lithium-ion battery.
- Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Lithium-ion batteries self-discharge when not in use while the product is stored.
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the battery at around 60% to 80% capacity before storing the product or the battery for long periods.
- Charge the battery to approximately 70% at least once every six months if stored.
- If the product comes with a user removable battery, remove the battery and store it separately.
- It is recommended to store the battery between 41°F and 77°F (5°C and 25°C).
- Follow proper charging instructions for your product as detailed in this manual.
- Do not leave the battery on charge for extended periods of time after it is done charging.
- Dropping your batteries can damage the circuitry inside and can cause the battery to malfunction. Inspect the battery carefully before use if dropped.

6. Troubleshooting
