5. Operating Instructions
Prepare your ingredients and begin juicing:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For most fruits and vegetables, the 83mm wide feed chute can accommodate whole items, reducing the need for chopping. For long or strip-shaped vegetables, use the 32mm smaller chute.
- Caution: Avoid juicing extremely hard items like whole lemons (with peel), large seeds, or frozen fruits, as this may damage the machine.
- Plug the juicer into a power outlet.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start the juicer.
- Slowly feed ingredients into the appropriate feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to guide ingredients.
- The juicer operates in FWD (Forward) Mode at a low speed (60 RPM) to minimize heat buildup and oxidation, preserving nutrients.
- If ingredients become jammed, press the REV (Reverse) Mode button for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to FWD.
- Once juicing is complete, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the juicer and unplug it.
- Open the smart juice cap to release any remaining juice into the container.
