7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your YITAHOME storage shed, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: The shed is made from weatherproof resin for easy cleaning. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
- Weather Resistance: The shed features UV protection and an innovative lid design to keep water out, ensuring your stored items remain dry. Regularly check for any debris accumulation on the lid or around the base that could impede water runoff.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your storage shed, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty during assembly (panels not fitting) | Panels not aligned correctly; uneven surface. | Ensure panels are perfectly aligned before tapping. Verify the assembly surface is completely flat and level. Applying a silicone spray to slots can aid sliding. |
| Lid or doors do not close properly | Uneven assembly; misaligned hinges; debris in tracks. | Check that the shed is on a flat surface. Re-check hinge installation and alignment. Clear any obstructions from door tracks or lid edges. Ensure left door is closed before right door. |
| Water inside the shed | Improper assembly; damaged seals; excessive water exposure. | Verify all panels are securely fastened and the lid is properly seated. Inspect for any cracks or damage to the resin. Ensure the shed is not placed in an area prone to standing water. |
| Missing or damaged parts | Shipping damage; packaging error. | Contact YITAHOME customer service with your purchase details and a description of the missing/damaged parts. Refer to the contact information in the warranty/support section. |
