Site Preparation

Ensure the ground surface is level. The external floor measurements are approximately 1235mm (width) x 1705mm (depth).

Recommendation: Construct a wooden or concrete base as a foundation.

Read the care and safety guidelines at the end of this manual. Check to ensure that there are no missing or damaged parts BEFORE starting or arranging assembly. Remove all parts from the package(s) and spread them out on a clean work surface. Review all assembly instructions. Assemble all the parts according to the directions in this manual. Do not skip any steps.

• Spatula (part "SG8") - used for easier insertion of panels into profiles.

Step 1: Floor Assembly

Assemble the floor panels. Connect two CF1-1 panels to one CF1-2 panel using the interlocking profiles. Ensure panels are fully fitted into the profiles.

Step 37: Window Pane Installation

Install the window pane (SG101). Remove protective film before fixing. This step requires two people: one to press and one to assemble.

Step 38: Window Hinge/Bracket Installation

Install window hinges/brackets (SG102, SG103) and secure with screws (Z410). Press the plate boss section against SG101. Note the side with the bending edge pressed to SG101. It's better to fix just one screw on each SG102 & SG103 before adjusting into the right location.
