Care and Safety Guidelines
- The shed is intended for storage purposes only and is not designed for habitation.
- Secure the shed to an immovable object or anchor it to the ground using appropriate screws (not included) at the pre-marked locations.
- Do not attempt assembly on windy or cold days.
- Periodically check the shed for stability and ensure the site remains level.
- Handle parts with steel edges carefully.
- Use only the tools listed in the manual for assembly and maintenance.
- Always wear work gloves, safety goggles, and long sleeves during assembly and maintenance.
- Avoid using lawnmowers or mechanical scythes near the shed.
- Always wear safety goggles and follow manufacturer instructions when using power tools.
- Clean the shed with a garden hose or a mild detergent solution. Avoid metal brushes or abrasive cleaners (including degreasers and oil- or acetone-based materials) as they may stain or damage the shed.
- Do not store hot items (e.g., recently used grills, blowtorches) or volatile chemicals in the shed.
- Avoid placing heavy items against the walls to prevent distortion.
- Keep the roof clear of accumulated snow and leaves, as heavy snow can damage the shed and make it unsafe.
- Consider wind direction when locating the shed; minimize exposure, especially on the door side. Keep doors closed and locked when not in use to prevent wind damage.
- Do not stand on the roof.
- Consult local authorities regarding any required permits for erecting the shed.
Installation Precautions
- Site Preparation: Level the ground.
- Set up the base: Building a wooden or concrete base is recommended.
- Leave enough space: Reserve sufficient operating space for external installation work.
- Tools required: Installation requires two people.
- Parts placement: Arrange parts after unpacking.
- Floor protection: Disassemble the packaging cardboard box, unfold it, and lay it on the floor to protect it during assembly.
