3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires at least two adults. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning. Refer to the included parts list for identification. A power drill with appropriate bits will expedite the process.

3.1 Frame Assembly

  1. Base Frame: Connect the base rails (e.g., parts B, B1, C, C1) using the provided connectors and screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Upright Posts: Attach the four upright posts (e.g., part A) to the assembled base frame. Secure them firmly with screws.
  3. Upper Frame: Connect the upper frame beams (e.g., parts D, D1) to the top of the upright posts. Install the corner brackets (e.g., part H, H1) for added stability.
  4. Roof Support Structure: Assemble the roof support beams (e.g., parts E, E1, F, F1) according to the diagrams. These form the skeleton for the polycarbonate roof panels.

3.2 Roof Panel Installation

The polycarbonate roof panels are designed to allow light while blocking UV rays. Ensure the correct side of each panel faces upwards (usually marked).

  1. Carefully slide the polycarbonate roof panels (e.g., parts Q1-Q6) into the designated channels on the roof support structure.
  2. Secure the panels with the retaining strips and screws (e.g., parts S, Sa, Y). Do not overtighten, as this may damage the panels.
  3. Install the top vent panels (e.g., parts V1, V2) to complete the roof structure.

  2. Attach the privacy curtains (e.g., part U) to the outer tracks of the gazebo frame using the provided hooks.
  3. Use the tie-backs to secure the curtains and netting to the posts when not in use.

  • To open, unzip and slide them to the corner posts, then secure them with the attached tie-backs.

4.2 Ceiling Hook

The gazebo features a central ceiling hook, ideal for hanging lightweight items such as lighting, a flower basket, or other decorative elements. Ensure any hung items do not exceed the gazebo's weight capacity for the hook.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the frame with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent rust. The polycarbonate roof can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap.
  • Fabric Care: The netting and curtains can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. For deeper cleaning, follow care instructions on the fabric tags. Ensure they are completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.
  • Snow Removal: Accumulated snow must be removed from the roof. The recommended snow load thickness is 2"-3.9" (5-10 cm). Exceeding this can cause structural collapse.
  • Seasonal Storage: For prolonged periods of non-use or during severe weather, it is recommended to disassemble and store the gazebo in a dry, protected area.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten any loose hardware.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Gazebo Instability: Ensure all ground stakes are properly installed and driven into firm ground. Check all frame connections for tightness.
  • Water Leakage: Verify that all roof panels are correctly seated in their channels and that all screws are tightened. Check for any gaps or damage in the polycarbonate panels.
  • Curtains/Netting Not Sliding Smoothly: Inspect the tracks for any obstructions or debris. Ensure the hooks are properly inserted and not bent.
  • Missing Parts: If any parts are missing or damaged upon arrival, contact customer support immediately with your product model number and a description of the issue.
