Setup Guide

1. Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your Life Q35 headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides up to 40 hours of playtime.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Life Q35" in the list of available devices.
  4. Select "Soundcore Life Q35" to connect. The LED will turn solid blue when connected.

3. Soundcore App Installation

For enhanced control and customization, download the Soundcore app from your device's app store. The app allows you to switch between noise cancelling modes, customize EQ settings, and access additional features.

Operating Your Headphones

Basic Controls

The Soundcore Life Q35 headphones feature intuitive controls located on the earcups for easy management of audio playback, calls, and noise cancellation settings.

  • Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off.
  • Volume Buttons: Press + or - to adjust volume.
  • Multi-function Button: Play/pause music, answer/end calls.
  • NC Button: Cycle through Noise Cancellation modes.

LDAC Technology for Hi-Res Audio

The Life Q35 headphones support LDAC technology, which transmits up to 3 times more data than standard Bluetooth codecs. This ensures a lossless transfer of audio, allowing you to hear every minute detail in your music, providing both Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified sound quality.

Auto-Pause Audio

The Life Q35 headphones feature a built-in sensor that detects when they are removed from your ears. This sensor automatically pauses the audio playback and resumes it when the headphones are put back on.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Soundcore Life Q35 headphones, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

No Power / Cannot Turn On

  • Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect to a power source and check the charging indicator.
  • Try using a different USB-C cable and power adapter.

Cannot Pair with Device

  • Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue).
  • Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device.
  • Forget "Soundcore Life Q35" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Ensure your device is within 1 meter of the headphones during pairing.

Sound Quality Issues / Intermittent Connection
