Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Donner Z-Style Heavy-Duty Keyboard Stand. This manual provides essential information for the proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new keyboard stand. Please read it thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Safety Information
- Ensure all components are securely fastened before placing a keyboard on the stand.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 220 pounds (100 kg).
- Always loosen adjustment knobs before attempting to change height or width. Forcing adjustments without loosening can damage the stand.
- If using universal wheels, ensure they are locked once the stand is in its desired position and the keyboard is placed on it.
- Keep small parts away from children to prevent choking hazards.
Setup Instructions
The Donner Z-Style Keyboard Stand is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps to set up your stand:
- Assemble the Z-frames: Attach the horizontal support bar to the two Z-shaped side frames using the provided knobs. Ensure the holes align and tighten the knobs securely.
- Install Feet or Wheels: Decide whether to use the included footpads for stationary use or the lockable universal wheels for mobility. Screw the chosen components into the bottom of each Z-frame. If using wheels, ensure they are securely tightened.
- Attach Keyboard Support Arms: Secure the two keyboard support arms to the top of the Z-frames. These arms feature non-slip foam pads to protect your instrument.
- Install Accessories: Attach the headphone hanger and secure straps as desired. The secure straps can be used to further stabilize your keyboard on the stand.
