This manual contains important information for the safe assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of your EGLO Troy 3-Light Pendant Fixture. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning installation and retain this manual for future reference.
1.1 General Safety Precautions
- WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect power at the fuse box or circuit breaker before installation or servicing.
- All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances, or the National Electric Code (NEC). Consult a qualified electrician if you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections.
- This fixture is intended for indoor use only. Do not expose to water or moisture.
- Ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the fixture.
- Do not exceed the maximum wattage specified for the bulbs.

2. Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. It is recommended to have two people for installation.
2.1 Pre-Installation
- Turn off electricity at the main fuse box or circuit breaker.
- Carefully unpack all contents and inspect for any damage.
- Review the dimensions of the fixture to ensure it fits your intended space.

2.2 Mounting the Fixture
- Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure the bracket is securely fastened.
- Connect the electrical wires:
- Connect the bare copper ground wire from the fixture to the green or bare copper ground wire from the junction box.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box.
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box.
- Secure all connections with wire nuts and electrical tape.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Align the fixture canopy with the mounting bracket and secure it with the provided screws.

2.3 Installing Bulbs and Shades
- Screw three E26 base bulbs (max 60 watts each, incandescent or LED equivalent) into the sockets. Do not overtighten.
- Carefully attach the glass shades to each pendant. Ensure they are securely seated.

3. Operating Instructions
Once installed, the EGLO Troy 3-Light Pendant Fixture is operated via a standard wall switch (not included) or compatible touch/push button control system.
- Power On/Off: Use the wall switch connected to the fixture to turn the lights on or off.
- Adjustable Height: The pendant cables are adjustable, allowing you to customize the hanging height of each light. To adjust, carefully push the cable into the canopy or pull it out as needed. Ensure the fixture is off and cooled before making adjustments.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your fixture.
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or glass.
- Bulb Replacement: Ensure the fixture is off and bulbs have cooled before attempting to replace them. Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new E26 base bulb (max 60 watts).
5. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your pendant fixture, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
