  1. Place the motor base on a stable surface.
  2. Align the juice collector (main body) with the motor base and gently press down until it clicks into place.
  3. Insert the stainless steel filter basket firmly into the juice collector.
  4. Place the juicer cover on top, ensuring it aligns with the grooves.
  5. Secure the safety lock arm by lifting it and locking it into the corresponding slots on the juicer cover. You should hear a click, indicating it is securely fastened.
  6. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout and the juice cup under the juice spout.
  7. Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.

The juicer is now ready for operation.

Figure 4.1: The control knob of the SiFENE Juicer, illustrating the three speed modes (1 for soft fruits, 2 for hard fruits) and the 'P' (Pulse) setting for maximum power.

Speed Settings:

  • '0' (Off): The juicer is off.
  • '1' (Low Speed): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as oranges, strawberries, watermelon, grapes, and tomatoes. This setting operates at approximately 12000-15000 RPM.
  • '2' (High Speed): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, celery, pears, pineapple, and cucumbers. This setting operates at approximately 12000-18000 RPM.
  • 'P' (Pulse/Highest Speed): Provides a burst of maximum power (1000W) for tougher ingredients or to clear blockages. The 'P' setting is momentary; the knob will spring back to '0' when released.

Juicing Process:

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the safety lock arm is secured.
  2. Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For best results, remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches or plums. The 3.2-inch wide chute allows for whole fruits and vegetables, minimizing the need for pre-cutting.
  4. Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting ('1' or '2') based on the produce type. For a quick burst of power, use the 'P' setting.
  5. Slowly feed the produce into the feed chute using the food pusher. Do not push too hard or too fast, as this can reduce juice yield or strain the motor.
  6. The fresh juice will flow into the juice cup, and the pulp will collect in the pulp container.
  7. Once juicing is complete, turn the control knob to '0' and unplug the appliance.
