1. Mirror Assembly Installation

1. Carefully remove your vehicle's existing rearview mirror.
2. Mount the Pyle PLCMDVR77.5 rearview mirror assembly onto the existing mirror mount on your windshield. Ensure it is securely fastened.

2. Wiring Connections

The power and wiring harness connects the mirror monitor to your vehicle's electrical system. Proper connection is critical for functionality.

• Power Connection: Connect the red wire (ACC) to a switched 12V power source (e.g., ignition wire) and the black wire (GND) to a vehicle ground point.

• Mount the front dash cam securely on your dashboard or windshield, ensuring a clear view of the road ahead.
• Connect the dash cam to the mirror monitor using the appropriate cable.
• Insert a Micro SD card (up to 32GB, not included) into the designated slot for video recording.

Rear Backup Camera Installation

The slim bar backup camera is preferably mounted at the rear of your vehicle. It is waterproof with an IP-69 marine grade rating.

• Mount the backup camera at the rear of your vehicle, ensuring a clear view. The camera has an adjustable lens angle.
• Connect the backup camera's video output to the AV2 input on the mirror monitor using the RCA video cable.
• Connect the backup camera's power supply cable to your vehicle's reverse lights. This ensures the camera powers on when reverse gear is engaged.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

• The device will automatically power on when the vehicle's ignition is turned on (if connected to a switched power source).
• To manually power on/off, locate the power button on the mirror monitor.

Display Modes and Input Switching

• The 7.4-inch LCD display can show feeds from the connected cameras.
• Use the "V1/V2" button (or similar input switch button) on the mirror to cycle through the available video inputs (AV1, AV2, AV3).
