Important Safety Information

Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to install your AIKE AK1212 soap dispenser.

1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment located at the bottom of each dispenser unit.
2. Insert 4 AA batteries into each compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment securely.

Note: Each dispenser unit requires 4 AA batteries.

2. Wall Mounting

The dispenser can be mounted using either adhesive or screws. Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth.

Important: Maintain a minimum distance of 10 inches (25 cm) from any countertop or surface below the dispenser to allow for proper sensor function and dispensing.

Option A: Adhesive Mounting (Recommended for smooth surfaces)

1. Clean the desired wall area thoroughly and let it dry completely.
2. Apply the provided glue evenly to the back of the mounting plate.
3. Press the mounting plate firmly against the wall at the desired height. Hold for 30 seconds.
4. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24-48 hours before attaching the dispenser units.
5. Slide the dispenser units onto the mounting plate until they click into place.

Option B: Screw Mounting (Recommended for uneven surfaces or heavier use)

1. Mark the desired position for the mounting plate on the wall.
2. Use the mounting plate as a template to mark the screw hole positions.
3. Drill holes at the marked positions. Insert expansion screws if necessary.
4. Align the mounting plate with the drilled holes and secure it to the wall using the provided screws.
5. Slide the dispenser units onto the mounting plate until they click into place.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Dispenser

1. Remove the top lid of the dispenser unit you wish to fill.
2. Pour liquid soap, shampoo, or shower gel into the reservoir. Do not overfill.
3. Replace the lid securely.

2. Dispensing Liquid

The AIKE AK1212 features an infrared sensor for automatic, touch-free dispensing.

1. Place your hand approximately 2-3.5 inches (5-9 cm) below the sensor located at the bottom of the dispenser.
2. The sensor will detect your hand and dispense a pre-set amount of liquid.
3. Remove your hand once the liquid is dispensed.

3. Adjusting Liquid Output

The dispenser allows for adjustment of the liquid output volume. The available settings are 0.9 ml, 2.1 ml, and 3.1 ml.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Dispenser

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and hygiene.

• Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• For internal cleaning, empty the reservoir and rinse with warm water. Dispense water a few times to clear the pump mechanism.
• The dispenser has an IPX7 waterproof rating, making it suitable for shower environments and easy rinsing for cleaning.

2. Battery Replacement

When the dispensing performance decreases or the indicator light signals low battery, replace the batteries.

1. Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the affected dispenser unit.
2. Remove the old batteries.
3. Insert 4 new AA batteries, observing correct polarity.
4. Close the compartment securely.
