  • In the case of emerging wind, use additional storm sets (not included) for enhanced stability.
  • During strong winds, heavy snowfall, or significant rainfall, temporary disassembly of the gazebo is recommended to prevent damage.
  • Keep the tarpaulin away from heat sources and open flames at all times.
  • Observe all safety information provided in the assembly instructions.

2. Assembly Instructions

The TOOLPORT Pop-Up Canopy Tent features a modern scissors mechanism designed for straightforward setup and takedown. No special tools are required for assembly. It is recommended that 1-2 persons perform the assembly.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the carrying bag and lay them out. Verify that all components listed in the packing list are present.
  2. Expand the Frame: With two people, grasp opposite sides of the collapsed frame and gently pull outwards to begin expanding it.
  3. Attach Roof Tarp: Before fully expanding the frame, drape the roof tarpaulin over the partially expanded frame. Ensure the tarp is correctly oriented and secured to the frame corners.
  4. Fully Expand Frame: Continue pulling the frame outwards until it is fully expanded. The click system will engage to lock the frame in place.
  5. Adjust Height: Press the release buttons on each leg and extend the legs to the desired height. The canopy offers three adjustable height settings. Ensure all legs are locked at the same height.
  6. Install Sidewalls (Optional): If using sidewalls, attach them to the frame using the integrated fastening mechanisms (e.g., Velcro straps, zippers).
  7. Secure the Canopy: Use the provided ground stakes and guy ropes to anchor the canopy securely to the ground. This is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions.
