3. Setup Instructions

  1. Choose a Location: Position the Studio X30 either on top of or underneath your meeting room display. Ensure it has a clear line of sight to participants and is centrally located.
  2. Mount the Device:
    • If placing on a flat surface, ensure stability.
    • For monitor mounting, attach the provided bracket to the Studio X30 and then secure it to the display according to the bracket's instructions.
  3. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the Studio X30 and then plug it into a power outlet. The device will begin to power on.
  4. Connect to Display: Use an HDMI cable (not included in all bundles) to connect the Studio X30 to your meeting room display.
  5. Network Connection: Connect the Studio X30 to your network using an Ethernet cable for a stable connection, or configure Wi-Fi during the initial setup wizard.
  6. Initial Configuration:
    • Once powered on, the device will display a setup wizard on your connected screen.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to select language, configure network settings, and register the device with your preferred video conferencing service (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
