1. Introduction
The SinoTrack ST-904 is a compact and versatile GPS tracking device designed for real-time location monitoring of individuals, children, the elderly, personal items, and vehicles. 4. Setup Guide
4.1. SIM Card Installation
The ST-904 requires a 2G GSM SIM card for operation. Ensure the SIM card has sufficient credit and data for tracking services. SIM card is not included.
- Locate the SIM card slot on the device.
- Carefully insert the 2G GSM SIM card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly according to the diagram on the device or in the quick start guide.
- The device will power on automatically upon SIM card insertion.
4.2. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the device.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
4.3. Mobile Application Download
To utilize the full features of the ST-904, download the "Sinotrack Pro" application.
- Search for "Sinotrack Pro" on the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
- Download and install the application.
- Alternatively, access the web platform at www.sinotracker.com for real-time tracking via Google Maps.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Real-Time Tracking
Once the device is powered on and connected to the network, you can view its real-time location.
- Open the "Sinotrack Pro" app or log in to the web platform (www.sinotracker.com).
- Enter your device ID and password to log in.
- The current location of the tracker will be displayed on the map.

5.2. SOS Function
The SOS button allows the user to send an emergency alert and initiate a call to pre-set numbers.
- To activate, press and hold the SOS button for more than 3 seconds.
- The tracker will call and send its position to the 3 pre-saved emergency numbers immediately.

5.3. Two-Way Communication & Voice Monitor
The device supports two-way voice communication and remote voice monitoring.
- Two-Way Communication: Once emergency numbers are set, the tracker can initiate calls to these numbers via the SOS button. Authorized numbers can also call the tracker.
- Voice Monitor: Send a specific SMS command to the tracker from an authorized number to activate voice monitoring. The tracker will call back, allowing you to listen to the surroundings.
5.4. Geo-fence Setup
A geo-fence allows you to define a safe area and receive alerts when the tracker enters or exits it.
- In the "Sinotrack Pro" app or web platform, navigate to the Geo-fence section.
- Draw a desired safe zone on the map.
- Configure alerts for entry and exit.
5.5. History Route Playback
Review past movements of the tracker.
- Access the "History Route Playback" feature in the app or web platform.
- Select the desired date range to view the tracker's movement history.
- The platform can save up to 2 years of tracking history.

6. Maintenance
- Keep the device dry. Moisture can damage internal circuits.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures.
- Clean the device with a dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents.
- Ensure the SIM card is securely inserted and the battery is charged regularly for optimal performance.
