Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Norwii N27 Wireless Presentation Clicker, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the presenter in a cool, dry place. Ensure the USB receiver is securely stored within the presenter to prevent loss.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the AAA battery when the low power alert indicator (blue LED) begins to flash.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Norwii N27 presenter, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Weak Laser:
    • Ensure the battery has sufficient power.
    • Note that the laser may appear weak on TV screens due to prohibitive regulations. For TV screens, consider Norwii N95s Pro or N97s models.
  • Short Control Range:
    • Ensure the battery has sufficient power.
    • An obstruction between the wireless presenter and the USB receiver may shorten the control distance. Ensure a clear line of sight.
  • Laser Works, But Page Turn Does Not Respond:
    • Ensure that the presentation window is the currently active window by clicking it.
    • Long press the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow keys for 3 seconds to switch among the 3 or 4 working modes: Up & Down, Left & Right, Scroll, PgUp & PgDn.
    • For the first time on macOS, set the keyboard type to ANSI after plugging the USB receiver into your computer.
